Barney Fife (Mike Kieffer) was on patrol at the Indy Nationals, apprehending perpetrators and scoff laws. The familiar whistle theme of the Mayberry RFD theme song, and the wail of a siren, was heard all over the area.
Here Barney tickets Old Fart Car Club member, John Wallace, for having too much stomach and too little hair, and for parking in the street in from of the O.F.C.C. tent.
